I remember sitting in my office wondering why all my training hadn't translated into actual clientsβ¦
I'd done everything right on paper β got certified, built a pretty website, even figured out Instagram. But the phone wasn't ringing. I watched other people seem to magically book clients while I was stuck in this weird limbo of knowing my work was good and having absolutely no one paying me to do it.
The problem wasn't my ability. It was my plan.
That's when I stopped following vague advice online and started mapping out exactly what works. I built two service businesses from zero, and every single time I followed the same simple path. Now I teach coaches and business owners that same path β week by week, day by day, so you actually know what to do next.
In the beginning I was brilliant and completely broke.
I had skills nobody could argue with. I had a website. I had a message. And I had zero paying clients, which meant zero income.
